“Staff came out to lecture us at the pool for doing nothing but relaxing.”

“The room was clean, air didn't work so had to buy a fan, pillows were flat so had to buy pillows. No coffee or donuts for breakfast. Okay for the price. Oh, pool was empty and green.”

“It was a wonderful stay perfect in all ways possible kids caught plenty of fish and they enjoyed it just as much definitely going again”

“We truly enjoyed our stay! We came out for a fishing trip to celebrate our Birthdays together… The place was clean, had everything we needed and Becky was very friendly and helpful! We even got to rent a canoe for the day and hit the water! We will definitely stay here again!!”

“I really liked the communication throughout the whole process. My wife normally books everything, so this was my first booking and stay. I planned a fishing trip with the guys bringing a boat along. So parking was also critical. Plenty of parking if that's a concern. I couldn't get over how easy the whole process was. I have know doubt it also was the host made it so. Really everything was beyond expectations.”

“Located close to Sam Rayburn and a nice alternative to the overpriced & underwhelming hotels in the area. The interior was up to date and super clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials to make our stay need free. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach to ensure we were informed prior to arrival.If we had one complaint it would be the spotty wifi. Host left instructions how to reboot which we did numerous times but wifi continued to buffer. No worries though,……
